We use it to collaborate, HR, accounts. In fact there is no department it does not touch.
  • Saves time through automation.
  • Beautiful dashboards.
  • Ideal virtual world.
  • Customer service is second to none.
  • Easy to use with little to no training.
  • Guest feature allows outside collaboration.
  • 100s of integrations.
  • Export any board to MS Excel.
  • User controls need to be in Pro version.
  • Integrated messaging tool needed.
  • Improve app marketplace so all apps work properly.
It is so easy and wide range of choice in boards and columns makes it very intuitive. The main reason for ease is the close relationship of functionality it has with social media platforms. It is also resembles MS excel so these skills transfer hence needing very little training for new users. Lower end entry subscription allows any size of company to use this.
They always respond within the hour.
Hardly ever goes down completely and if there is an issue we are kept informed by email during outage and then given a "post mortem" update too.

The design is sleek and simple and we are yet to find anything that filly compares to it.

Well suited for accountability and monitoring.
Suited for project management.
Will be a hit with competitors in the new normal so needs messaging to compete with software such as Teams.

Less suited as a ticketing CRM as emailed update do not work brilliantly.
Needs a bit more work but could do well as a HR software with time management, clocking in function.
