We use monday.com to schedule the tasks each member of the team must get done. It solves the lack of organization we used to have by sending everything through messages and phone calls. We now need to make far fewer meetings and we are all involved in what is happening to every other member of the team.

- We can assign tasks to the rest of the members
- We can spot and delete the non-important topics easily
There are some senior people in the team, and they all have learned to use the platform easily.
