We are using [monday.com] to manage our top spending accounts. Customers going through optimization trials and customers using our concierge service.

Its intuitive, but also my manager does a great job of setting up boards for us
Never needed.
The features are great. I love the boards, I love the items, sub items. I really like the notes tab because you can share notes with your team. I also like getting the email notifications and notifications on Slack

I think [monday.com is] a great platform! For anything that isn't intuitive, their are great instructional videos
