- Time savings, especially when it comes to communication of completed tasks/dependent work.
- Improved data collection and task management.
- Better run projects generally.
We use monday.com to project manage large, cross-functional projects, to manage workflows within our own department, and as personal to-do lists to keep us organized. It has been most useful in keeping organized without our department, creating internal workflows and updates that keep people in the loop while saving a lot of time.
- Creating new internal processes.
- Automating communication across departments.
- Automations with other tools we already use (Slack, G-Suite, etc.).
- Constantly releasing new features and upgrades to solve any downsides we experience.
- We've found a few technical limitations, specifically around the fact that columns have to be the same throughout the whole board.
We have had no issues; performance has been top notch.
