Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time savings, especially when it comes to communication of completed tasks/dependent work.
  • Improved data collection and task management.
  • Better run projects generally.
We use monday.com to project manage large, cross-functional projects, to manage workflows within our own department, and as personal to-do lists to keep us organized. It has been most useful in keeping organized without our department, creating internal workflows and updates that keep people in the loop while saving a lot of time.
  • Creating new internal processes.
  • Automating communication across departments.
  • Automations with other tools we already use (Slack, G-Suite, etc.).
  • Constantly releasing new features and upgrades to solve any downsides we experience.
  • We've found a few technical limitations, specifically around the fact that columns have to be the same throughout the whole board.
The only downside that I sometimes experience is the fact that columns have to stay the same across an entire board; mirroring has solved that problem in most use cases. Otherwise everything about monday.com is super easy to use. I particularly love the automations and integrations!
Most of the time we don't need help from monday.com's customers service team, but when we have they've been super quick and easy to work with. What I love most though is the constant feature upgrades -- so many of our problems have been solved in the first year of using monday.com!
We have had no issues; performance has been top notch.

I regularly recommend monday.com to my colleagues, specifically when I'm helping them create better internal workflows. We still like to operate like a startup, but monday.com helps us to connect tools automatically rather than relying on copying + pasting or other manual processes to streamline our work.
