Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The enrollment department at the school I work at currently uses monday.com to manage their work flow and projects. We are a very small school with a limited staff so staying on top of tasks is critical. monday.com allows our president to follow what we're working on from afar and allows us to keep tabs on everything in one place. It's an invaluable tool for our team.

Pros and Cons

Organize multiple projects and timelines.
Assign tasks to others.
Focus on high-priority tasks.

Interface is a bit overwhelming.
It would be great to be able to incorporate Slack updates.

Usability

It's easy to use once you learn all of the features, but at first glance, it's a bit overwhelming. It would be great if you could hid some of the features that you don't actively use.

We've used monday.com to track our outgoing email schedules, which has been extremely helpful for planning purposes. We also use it for our magazine production. It's great to be able to list out all the deadlines and share updates on progress.
