Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- There's been an absolute improvement to workflow and general organization on projects -- fewer things falling through the cracks.
- Increased engagement from all of the team on managing their timelines better.
We are using monday.com to manage projects for a few different departments. These range from campus activities departments to report development departments and more. Being at the corporate level with multiple projects at once, in general this is helping us to streamline updates, communications and due dates for multiple projects at once. It's also nice to have a relatively easy to use dashboard system to keep tabs on bandwidth and how things are progressing.
- Intuitive.
- Easy to use.
- It handles communicating updates to team members very easily.
- Incredibly accessible.
- A chat system would be welcome.
- Being able to share people on boards in the same org without having them have to be in some sort of paid plan (like you used to be able to do with guests) would be good.
- Completely different board layouts that aren't just re-jiggering what is already there would be welcome.
I have no complaints about the overall performance of monday.com. It has performed as expected.
