Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Employees can pick up the in and outs of monday.com in only a couple of days.
  • Boards are easy to manage and post updates in.
  • Many integrations make monday.com easy to combine multiple apps.
monday.com is being used by our whole organization. I visit Monday.com every day. This is where we post projects, tasks, and ideas. monday.com provides us with the ability to answer questions, make decisions, and work with one another on multiple projects throughout our company. Any problems we have internally, they are usually resolved in monday.com via the updates.

  • Very interactive and easy to use.
  • Could use different chat channels, such as Slack.
  • Boards can look and feel a bit crowded at times.
  • A tad pricey for the needed features.
monday.com is by far one of the easiest workspaces to use. Although the organization can become cluttered at times, the overall aspect of monday.com's many features and integrations sets it apart from any other app. I don't think I've heard any negative talk about monday.com from my organization or other organizations using monday.com and if I did, they are minor bug fixes or tweaks that are not essential to overall performance.
Although I have not personally used the Customer Success Manager, a few of our team members have they they had great experiences. Quick replies and problem solving skills were unmatched when compared to customer service for other apps. monday.com has a devoted team that actually has a goal of helping the customer.
I don't think monday.com had ever crashed or been an maintenance when we were trying to access it. We've seen a couple minor bug issues that impacted performance speed but monday.com has been very solid for us all year. I use the automations feature the most and it is effortless connecting different apps with monday.com. Different boards are quite easy to communicate on as well.

Our company uses monday.com every single day. Our planning, creative, marketing elements all end up in monday.com on different boards. I would 100% recommend monday.com to any colleague because of how functional it is. I know of a few colleagues who have transitioned to monday.com because of the many integration features that it offers. Organization is key to bigger and smaller companies and monday.com does a very good job of keeping it clean.
