Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Project management boards are amazing!
  • Personal task management can improve when you have lots of boards to manage from.
We use monday.com across the organization, not just within the marketing and communication teams. It has been instrumental in creating workflows that can translate across the organization and bring us all together. It has helped make our pipelines more visible. We can more easily collaborate, manage support requests, and so much more.

  • Forms could be developed a bit more
  • Personal dashboard to see outstanding tasks and deadlines needs work
There are more advanced opportunities that I am sure we are not even aware of or using.
Support is always very helpful but can be very slow at times.
I have always had great uptime until recently when I keep getting a board error. That has only happened in the last couple of days but it has happened several times a day.
