Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We are using monday.com across our global Marketing department, and it has begun to spread to other small teams who see the need to manage projects in a clear, visual way. The customization allows us to meet a lot of different needs (from simple to-do lists to ongoing schedules to charts, forms and other helpful visualizations) while keeping everyone in the same platform.

  • Project management.
  • User license management.
  • Training resources.
The usability is what makes monday.com successful for us, in that people want to use it to get their work done. Once boards are set up properly, it isn't confusing to use, and it's easy to spot details like an overdue task or other problems.
I luckily don't have to rely on support much, and when I do, the support team is quick and helpful! The only room for improvement I see is increased visibility on submitted feature requests, to log and track progress on those.
Any reported downtime has not impacted our users and the monday.com team is quick to bring it back to a working state. Everything works as it should at nearly all times.

It works great for ongoing schedules with lots of details, and the ability to create different views allows for one board to be suited for many different audiences (heavy users vs. those who just need visibility, for example).
