Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com company wide to communicate and measure goals and tasks. Especially with work from home, it’s a great way to keep all our communication in one spot and keep our whole staff in the loop. The customizable boards allow us to tailor each board to the department and tasks required for our business.
- Goal setting.
- The UI is a little boring.

I think the UI accomplishes what it sets out to do, but can also appear busy at first glance. As you learn to use monday.com, it starts to make sense, but getting to that point can put some people off from using the service. I really love that there is a dark mode for the app though.
I have never had to use the customer service system, but knowing that there is 24/7 service makes me confident that my company is getting its money’s worth.
We’ve never had monday.com go down on our team or stop us from being more productive in any way. With a small team wearing a lot of different hats, Monday.com allows us to be flexible and adaptable in achieving our short team and long term goals.

Great for small or growing teams who are trying to stay organized and reach goals. By setting high level goals and then milestones, monday.com makes it easy to track progress for the whole team. The ability to attach Google documents also makes it easy to collaborate on projects when needed.
