Pros and Cons

Love how you can move things around easily if you want it in a different category.
The best way to track to-do lists because it is online. When I go from working in the office to home, I don't accidentally leave a sticky note on my desk. I put it all here and can access it anywhere.
I like how you can communicate with colleges and leave comments.

I have had trouble with the overdue items. I wanted to see all the overdue items and was having trouble seeing them all in one place. I am sure this feature is there, but I have not fully figured it out yet.

[In my experience] it at times is a little confusing because there is so much you can do. This is a good thing; it is just a little overwhelming at times.

Reliability & Availability

I love monday.com. It makes me feel like I can easily track all my to-do's. Having it all in one place with due dates helps me a lot with prioritizing.

In my position, I have to complete so many small tasks. I like having different boards and checklists. If you have a job that is fairly straightforward and don't have so many moving parts, I could see how monday.com is not as useful.
