It's being used to track operational and project deliverables, enable discussion/cross-team discussions and updates and create dashboards to visualize progress and areas of concern.

It's fairly intuitive, but to get the most out of the dashboards and boards, you have to dig into the tutorials to understand how to automate certain statuses, enter formulas for calculations within boards and manipulate the dashboard widget options.

I haven't had to contact customer support yet, but have heard the consultants and team is readily available.

Reliability & Availability

It's been fairly reliable and the simplicity/standardized layout of most boards and dashboards provide a more seamless experience when navigating other teams' dashboards and boards.
