We are a municipality, every department has access as a user and liaison. I work in Parks & Recreation. I use it for requesting flyers, banners, cards, social media posts, updates to the website and updates to the department.

Pros
- The process of assigning task to person.
- Being able to view the process time line.
- Being able to chat.
- Being able to add multiple items.
Cons
- I'd like to receive a notification that my project has been completed.
Prior to using monday.com, staff would send emails stating what they need. With monday.com, you are able to view what's been submitted without duplicating.
