Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We create requests from items like business cards to social media posts and park banners & flyers.
We are a municipality, every department has access as a user and liaison. I work in Parks & Recreation. I use it for requesting flyers, banners, cards, social media posts, updates to the website and updates to the department.

Pros

  • The process of assigning task to person.
  • Being able to view the process time line.
  • Being able to chat.
  • Being able to add multiple items.

Cons

  • I'd like to receive a notification that my project has been completed.
Extremely simple to use.
I have not had the pleasure of contacting customer support.
Prior to using monday.com, staff would send emails stating what they need. With monday.com, you are able to view what's been submitted without duplicating.

We have a lot going on in all aspects of our city, it really is a great tool to view the process and items that our teams request.
