monday.com has helped our communication with different areas in our company. Even if we are a small office, communication still was an issue, more with the managing of the projects. So since we started using monday.com to manage all our task and stages of the projects it has been extremely more efficient to the point that we don't have to ask what our deadlines and our task.
It also has helped with our clients. Since we do digital marketing our clients can approve designs and copies in monday.com.
We love it!

  • Automatisations.
  • Formulas.
The only reason I gave it a 9 is because of some automatisations between different boards. This is because I find everything else in monday.com very easy or uncomplicated to do if you follow the steps. But with the automatisations (and not all of them) I find them very complicated or can't find how to make it work like I want to.
I haven't use it directly, most of the time the administrator is the one who schedules the tutorials or asks the questions. The thing that I use mostly because for me is more convenient is watching the tutorials on YouTube mostly because of timing and so I can rewind or stop the video while I'm doing it.
But I haven't heard a complaint with the customer support from the administrator.
It has helped us enormously. Like I said before, we used to have communication issues about small details that were time consuming and on that particular issue it has helped a lot. It has made our efficiency greater thanks to the things monday.com can help manage.
We also love the data bases with the monday.com forms.

monday.com suites well when you want to have a more automated communication, like new tasks or updates. It also works very well for creating data bases that you can keep them up to date.
From my experience it does not work that well with automatisations within different boards or at least I find them very complicated. Maybe I need a tutorial but is the only thing I actually find very time consuming and complicated.
