Usability

I had very limited training on monday.com as I transitioned to this role. It was so easy to pick up and learn. The tools and features are laid out perfectly. Plus contacting support is a breeze.

Support Rating

Oh wow - I beat you to it! I just mentioned the CS team in my previous answer; however, they are prompt and give very detailed replies. Overall, I'm impressed!

Reliability & Availability

The features are extremely important. I use monday.com every day and can't imagine a better project management tool. Without it, I will miss deadlines and certain tasks.
