Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • monday.com does save a lot of emails going back and forth.
  • Assignment management.
monday.com is used across the whole organization to keep track of assigned tasks and daily goals. Tasks assigned to employees or clients can allow you to keep track of when it is assigned, the due dates, time tracking, and any necessary documents. It helps keep items in one place rather than searching emails.
  • Organization and topics.
  • Multi-users.
  • Multi-purpose.
  • If the alerts were categorized. Alerts for chat responses are not combined with other alerts.
The inputs are very explanatory and easy to find. The format is simple and organized. You can create multiple topics to separate tasks. You can add additional inputs or remove excessive inputs.
Have no experience using customer service.
Overall performance is positive. There are rarely any times a problem comes up when using monday.com. It has really helped manage the work between employees and between tasks.

monday.com is really well suited for keeping track of tasks assigned to employees. It allows me to know what stage they are in and any issues they are having. All documents and instructions are easy to find. You can give them links, files, and instructions all under one item rather than sending emails. All assignments for a single client can be found in one webpage.
