Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • The ROI is seen, especially being able to share content with our clients/customers.
  • Setting up and launching a new project is super easy.
  • Overall I have more time to focus on other needed requirements
We use it to keep track of all our current projects. It is used by our entire company and we also utilize it to keep a constant line of communication with all of our developers and architects. Basically a central communications hub to keep everything on track and make sure all of our deadlines are being met.
  • Organizes all of our tasks in a user friendly environment.
  • Sub items feature is excellent, allows for more detailed input for each task.
  • Allowance for multiple integrations makes communication a breeze!
  • Sometimes the boards seem a bit busy and have too much content, overall the help features are very beneficial.
  • Because monday.com is internationally used across the globe, occasionally the language gaps seen in their webinars might be hard to grasp for some people.
  • Some of the integrations could use some tweaking, overall the integrations provided are a great asset.
It’s not rocket science!!! Makes my job incredibly efficient and easy.
Honestly, we really haven’t had to rely on support.
The overall performance aspects are fabulous, it has increased our productivity in all areas of project management.
