Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Less down time looking for information.
- More visually appealing than Google Sheets.
We usually use it within the R&D department, but some other departments use it... so we can do cross-departmental communication.
It is pretty good at having multiple types of information in one place (i.e. who is POC, what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, any supporting documents/images).

- Colors are nice.
- Automation is nice -- specifically for auto-moving DONE pulses and due-date reminders.
- Pretty good at organizing and communicating.
- Very customizable.
- Google Sheets is better for numbers.
- The board has to have the same format and categories for everything on that board.
- If there is some way to prioritize "to-do's" better.
I like it. Between Google Sheets and monday.com, I feel like I can keep track of most information and deadlines. I like adding files and media to monday. I like how Google Sheets can have different "templates" within the same Sheet.
