We use monday.com as our one-stop-shop for all things project management related. We use it to manage projects with our external clients to give them live updates as well as to help us push internal clients and keep track of our progress/deliverables. We use it across the whole organization, from operations to sales to marketing.

Pros

  • Progress status and updates.
  • Dashboard analytics and metrics.
  • Team communication and file sharing.

Cons

  • Time tracking across items or entire boards.
  • Moving sub-items to different items/groups (i.e. drag and drop functionality).
  • Automations seem to expire.
monday.com is incredibly user friendly. Whether you use one of their pre-built templates or build one from scratch, the monday.com boards are very easy to start and customize to your needs. You can even build your own board and turn it into a template should you want to make similar boards in the future.
monday.com has incredible support. Their support team always responds within a 24-hour timeframe, and often responds on the earlier side. Their support team is friendly and very helpful, identifying solutions and work arounds catered to your needs or problem. They are clearly very well trained and are very knowledgeable about the platform and its many uses.
Using monday.com as our work management software has been a pleasure. The majority of their features work seamlessly, and they are very quick to send out updates and training webinars on any new features they have developed. They are also incredibly responsive to bugs and solving and communicating solutions.

monday.com is well suited for any project management needs. It is especially well suited to projects that require multiple stakeholders giving input, receiving updates, and collaborating across teams, departments, or even companies. It is also incredibly well suited to helping team members stay up to date on each others' work loads and progress.
