We use monday.com in our organization to create updates on the go for our team. These updates include lead management, sales process, project management and schedule follow up and creation. Everyone in our organization uses monday.com and we learn to use in order to implement it in other companies because we know it makes decision-making very straightforward. It addresses mainly problems of lack of information or updates scattered in different platforms, we are convinced that having everything centralized makes our job better.

  • Website is not all that efficient on graphics and processing.
It’s extremely easy to use and a lot of day to day tasks can be aided with monday.com. I get a notification on every new update on work wherever I am and the automations really do wonders for saving to do an email. With integrations it really seems as smooth as a social network.
Our team has really been helped by monday.com customer support. A case in which this is applied is when having doubts about column functionality and integration for prototype boards. Support has been fast and personal, we like that they’re seeking to become better with every interaction they have with users like us.
I could say that compared to other software monday.com is better optimized for no more than 30 minutes work without exiting the page. If more time is spent in the site I get a warning that the page is using significant energy just by idling. As far as functionality we haven’t faced any distinguishable bugs. Overall this hasn’t affected the experience.

monday.com is well suited for everything that has a status and for progressions. It’s great for seeing the sales process current step, for visualizing the current progression of a project, assigning tasks, works as an agenda and you can put in there almost anything you may like. It doesn’t work as a spreadsheet nor as a cloud server, there are other applications for that, and monday.com has integrations with the most used apps with that end.
