We use monday.com to help organise the day to day running of all jobs, programming multiple site visits within the time frame required, also use it for for quoting purposes as we have multiple estimators, it give us information on who is looking after each job. we have also created a board which we use for all our plant and equipment for regular services and maintenance to major repairs.
We also use monday.com to communicate with all office staff, from out of the office, staff leave and when inductions and or competency tickets need updating.

I would say monday.com is reliable as I have been using it now for 2 years and have never had any issues at all.
