Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Saves time.
  • Project completion on time.
  • All office staff are aware on what's happening daily without regular meetings.
We use monday.com to help organise the day to day running of all jobs, programming multiple site visits within the time frame required, also use it for for quoting purposes as we have multiple estimators, it give us information on who is looking after each job. we have also created a board which we use for all our plant and equipment for regular services and maintenance to major repairs.
We also use monday.com to communicate with all office staff, from out of the office, staff leave and when inductions and or competency tickets need updating.

  • Can't think of any at the moment.
Without any training monday.com is easy to use, tutorials show how to integrate external applications, also easy to create automations and forms.
I have never had to use customer support yet, but I know if there is issues i get emails on what is going on and what they're fixing.
I would say monday.com is reliable as I have been using it now for 2 years and have never had any issues at all.

For linemarking, with over 500 sites to visits in multiple contracts for different contractors and local councils with most having at least 2 visits with some depending on application needing 4-5 visits monday.com helps this by creating boards with completion dates on each application and you can see at a glance how many visits are left and what application is required and when to apply it.
