monday.com was a platform that found us at the right time as we looked to increase efficiency within our business at the same time we were moving from a paper-based business to a fully digital paperless business. We were lucky enough we made this transition pre COVID so once the lockdown came we were already prepared for it.
We have also catered the platform to our own needs and created a CRM with automatic triggers and accountability measures on all processes within the business.
We can not imagine our business without monday.com.

- Customisable automations to remove the burden from employee and put it back on the process.
- Flexibility to build triggers the way you need them and not the way the system thinks they should be done.
- Attractive user interface which makes navigation easy.
- Being able to add 1 user at a time rather then bunches of 5 or 10.
- A dashboard which incorporated all boards and not limited to the ones you select and have a limit.
- More API plugins.
