We have used Monday.com for tracking the progress of our daily operations. Every member has more visibility of everybody's job. Thanks to Monday, we have been able to identify how we can collaborate for common tasks. Monday.com has also allowed us to identify potential problems and take action in a timely manner. Besides, my team has used Monday.com for following the performance of our OKRs. As a result, we have improved communication across departments and identified potential problems in our processes.

- Some columns cannot be locked, so other members can delete them by mistake.
- The dashboards crashes with other plugins.
- "Updates" and "Info Boxes" confused me at the beginning. An explanation of each of these sections should be included.
Monday.com has been an excellent tool overall. It provides me all the features that I need for me to work with my team, even remotely. It has helped me to track my progress and achieve my goals in the company.
