Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I have been using monday.com already in my former company and brought it to my current company. I like the way how we can customize the program to our needs. It helps us structuring everyday sales, marketing and event processes and is at the same time super easy to understand for every user. I would not want to change it for anything else anymore!

  • Writing offers.
  • Invoicing.
  • Offer drafts.
  • Invoice drafts.
  • Reminder function.
monday.com is so easy to implement and to use. Once getting familiar with the surface, the program itself is leading through the processes in a very logical way.
We normally reach someone very fast, but e.g. a chat function for on-the-fly questions would be great.
monday.com changed out way of working as a team, as it made tasks clearer and caused way less communication problems. Reporting could be done in a minute with the tools provided.

If you are looking for a tool to guide you through customer processes, from data base, to first contact, to writing an offer, to catch-up, transferring the potential client into a customer and lead him through a project Incl invoicing, I would totally recommend monday.com. If you are just looking for a CRM or a platform to write offers and invoices, there might be better tools.
