It is initially being used in a department but we are rolling it out across the entire company now.

I have not noticed any downtime at all since we started using the tool. I find it hard to add more information than that. One consideration when placing your entire company's ability to deliver on a tool managed by someone else is the combination of security and stability (once you confirm the features are there of course). As I say, I've not had any concerns [about] stability. If anything, sometimes the web interface can be a bit laggy at times and I think you should look into optimizing this especially for larger boards.
