It is initially being used in a department but we are rolling it out across the entire company now.

The tool is very intuitive to use. There is a small learning curve initially to first understand the nature of Boards, Workspaces, and Dashboards but the UI is easy and uncluttered and allows for a play / learn approach that is quick to gain experience with. The colors are nice and vibrant and this helps to make the tool fun to use. [The] information layout is clear and consistent.
Excellent online resources, videos, user groups, etc. The account management and speed of response [are] excellent and the openness and desire to work with customers to help enhance the product is very supportive and engaging. The onboarding support is excellent as well and finally, the monthly account analysis is a very useful and detailed insight into our usage of the tool and well worth investing time with.
I have not noticed any downtime at all since we started using the tool. I find it hard to add more information than that. One consideration when placing your entire company's ability to deliver on a tool managed by someone else is the combination of security and stability (once you confirm the features are there of course). As I say, I've not had any concerns [about] stability. If anything, sometimes the web interface can be a bit laggy at times and I think you should look into optimizing this especially for larger boards.

Management of work queues in small and large organizations. Particularly good at organizing cross teamwork. I suppose the main benefit to monday.com is that it is very well designed so that users can begin working with it very easily. However, there is a deep set of tools that users can also access very easily.
