- Better visibility on resource work.

As a marketing team, we needed a simple and agile tool to follow up on our project. As a small team we needed to collaborate on bigger tasks and project without losing time and visibility. We decided to use monday.com for our day to day work.

- Collaboration
- Automations aren't free and at some point you get blocked on your tasks because automations stop working.
- It's not easy to link all dashboards and create links between boards.
- The "my week" section could be improved to get better visibility on your work for the week. Sometimes you get to see subtasks but can't see subtask to what.
monday.com is doing the job fine. We get visibility on projects, we are able to organize our work. However, I think the tools is not complex enough to follow us as our team grow and we might need to scale to another tool.
