It is used as a tool for management of project. We integrate all the information to follow up the orders of our customers. It is very useful to know the status of the orders, the last mail sent, the number of orders by week.
It is also used for the accounting for invoices, turnover calculation, payment of our publishers.
  • Automation.
  • Integration from different sources (like Gmail).
  • Research and sort (very fast).
  • Integration of multiple informations (copy and past large informations on several lines like Excel).
  • It can be faster (when updating).
  • There is no CTRL + Z (very important).
The tool is very simple to use, even if you are novice it will be in few minutes very easy to manage.
Automation are quite simple and if you need help you can ask to the customer service which is (according to my last experience) rather reactive.
I recommend Monday!
I did not use a lot the customer service but the last time I used it they gave me the information needed very fast so I can say that it is quite good.
The features like integrations from Gmail are very impressive but some times it happens that the integration is done in double or triple (but not very important).

If you are looking for a tool which is compatible with many tools (Gmail, Zapier) and you need to follow up and report daily your activity then is a very good tool and very simple to use. Even automations are simplified for beginners. Feature Ratings
