Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- When considering workflow and staff organisation we currently could not live without the system.
When the pandemic hit we tried various methods, whilst working remotely, to control workflow, time spent, job status, billing and staff contact.
Most of these were very piecemeal and it was extremely difficult to control, time-consuming and effectively none of the systems worked. My son then found monday.com and we have never looked back.
From job receipt and description and date to allocation, questions regarding the job and conclusion and then onto approval and billing the system has not only been efficient but it has far exceeded expectations. We not only use this for jobs and billing but also for workflow in general and as a whole, contact between staff members, a telephone log and effectively a procedures and to do list for each member of staff. It has been extremely invaluable and probably has enabled us to survive during what has been an extremely difficult and trying period which has never been experienced before. Every member of staff soon became knowledgeable of the system and truthfully I do not know where we would be without this today.

- Nothing really to add if set up correctly in the first place and my sons saw to that.
I cannot say more than we currently could not survive without the system. During this awful period it has enabled our practice to continue smoothly with each staff member being aware of the procedures and following them as instructed.
