Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Difficult to put a number on this, but it it more efficient than our old system.
We use it across the company as a resource that all departments can share information on and upload documents for all to see. It can be used to add projects status updates which is great. Also, some individuals utilize monday.com to organize their workloads. Planning and calendaring tasks is great with a clear overview.

  • Pipeline for prospects.
  • Creating task lists for sharing between groups.
  • We haven't used monday.com to its full potential and not found any holes so far.
I have found the interface to be very easy to use. We compared a few other similar tools, but monday.com was by far the most intuitive.
I have never had to request support for monday.com so [I] can't rate this.
It's great for sharing updates on projects different departments collaborate on and updating status of jobs as they flow through the business. Everyone can see where we are with a said job at any time which is why we are using monday.com.
