Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Assists in ensuring tasks don’t get missed.
  • Once introduced, everyone will be onboard and want to use.
  • Activity tracking - see who has done what and when.
monday.com is used across the whole organization, from store level right through to Executive level. Collaboration with team members, keeping those that need to be informed, ensuring no task gets missed and keeping all information in one place.

Pros

  • Deadlines - no task gets missed.
  • My Week - shows all outstanding tasks and allows you to manage your time effectively, addressing those tasks that need attention or follow up.
  • Forms - Collect data and manage all in one place for easy analysis.
  • Automations - Create automations to streamline your processes and take away the need for manual input.

Cons

  • Forms - some automations are not triggered by forms input.
  • Automations - are fantastic, but customizing if available though can be limited.
  • Integrations Gmail - need to be specific about filters used otherwise it is easy for information to be shared in error.
Couldn’t be without it. Manages my world on a daily basis.
We have just been assigned our Customer Success Manager. Assistance, training boards, streamlining your boards and tweaking them to perform to your requirements - having a person to assist when time is short is fantastic.
Never experienced downtime. Kept informed of any issues which are always solved very quickly. Extremely reliable platform.
