Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com is used across the whole organization for company communication and transparency. We use it instead of email so all information can be quickly accessed. It solves redundancy, limits constant back and forth between people and departments, and allows all the needed data and information to be in one location or thread. And if someone else needs to be included, they can be quickly tagged. All very helpful!
- Central source for information
- Can include multiple people as a topic grows with needs or questions
- Keeps people organized
- Make unarchiving easier to find
- Be able to copy an entry to move it to a new task within the same board
- Have the bold, underline, etc. functions available further into a post
I really like the many templates that are offered. I keep finding more and more ways that monday.com is helping make my days flow more smoothly. I appreciate the many features and tools that monday.com gives. In creating a new board, I'm easily able to use a template that works for the task at hand.
I have only had to reach out for support a few times, and those times the request have been handled very quickly and smoothly. My issue was addressed in a timely manner and with communication that I was able to understand. And it enabled me to complete my task and know how to handle it in the future.
monday.com has been very reliable. I work from home, starting early in the morning and through the night, and I appreciate that monday.com is able to keep up with my workload and needs. I don't have to wait for any type of update; rather, it is very just-in-time, and that is what we need.

This is very well suited for small and mid-sized companies that have constant information flowing from person to person and department to department. Any business that wants their information centrally located and not to get lost in emails, this is definitely the way the company should operate. I've been on both sides and prefer monday.com.
