monday.com is used across the whole organization for company communication and transparency. We use it instead of email so all information can be quickly accessed. It solves redundancy, limits constant back and forth between people and departments, and allows all the needed data and information to be in one location or thread. And if someone else needs to be included, they can be quickly tagged. All very helpful!

- Make unarchiving easier to find
- Be able to copy an entry to move it to a new task within the same board
- Have the bold, underline, etc. functions available further into a post
monday.com has been very reliable. I work from home, starting early in the morning and through the night, and I appreciate that monday.com is able to keep up with my workload and needs. I don't have to wait for any type of update; rather, it is very just-in-time, and that is what we need.
