Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Don't use it for that.
monday.com is being used within a few departments in the company. With it, we're able to organize our ongoing, past and future projects - managing time, project leaders and support and priority of projects. We're also have multiple types of projects, which monday.com helps organize and manage their deliverables.
  • Project management.
  • Timelines.
  • Employees involved.
  • Communications.
  • None that I know of.
monday.com is pretty easy to use even for beginners. I find the interface really user-friendly and straight forward even for first-time users.
Haven't had the need to contact support.
It's made easier to track what my priorities are and what I should be working on specific days. It also made [it] easier for me to track what I've accomplished within a certain period of time, what my goals for the future are, and how I can go about to reach those goals.
