Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
The whole organization uses it - it helps in all our projects, and we see how everyone is progressing with what corresponds, and we can support each other when someone gets stuck. We use it in projects, in requests for support, everything became easier to handle. Thanks to monday.com, we can support everything in the company.
It is really intuitive and easy to use; it is very user-friendly and allows you to modify all the tasks very easily where we can have access, and the layout of the page makes everything more comfortable. [It] reminds you of tasks that you have behind, so I will never forget to finish the projects in the established time.
Personally, I have never used monday.com support, since I have never had problems with the platform. But I always keep in mind that monday.com can help me at any time that I need it - that is why I give it a rating as well, for I have never had problems and I know they will help me when I have any.
Very simple and easy to use with simple parts of the project, where you see my progress of what we have and pending tasks - greatly simplifies the times of need where you have many tasks - are sectioned to be able to assimilate, and the documentation is easier to upload to have all the evidence within the same project.

It is very well located in project management, where it is easy to see the progress of the tasks, and the management involved in the delivery of evidence and citations is easy to handle, to be able to create in different needs. The difficult thing to do is with the logic that one has to be able to program new tasks, and be able to better manage the project.
