Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Streamlined meetings and archives easy after meetings.
  • Goal setting is so easy.
  • Racking daily tasks is easy to do as well.
We use it for meeting planning and tracking projects within the Service Desk and End User support. It helps us prioritize tasks and log older tasks. It is helpful in the ability for guests to view the boards when we need to collaborate with other teams.
  • Easy to use.
  • Building automation is a breeze.
  • Ability to email pulses to the boards it great!
  • At times it is clunky.
  • Sub categories don't always function as desired.
Anyone can use it. All the automation is simple and intuitive. Setting up tracking is a breeze.
We have only ever had a responsive rep from monday.com, that has answered every question we have had in a timely manner.
We have never had a service interruption from a outage when using monday.com.

monday.com is great for users of any level to get started, easy learning. Haven't really experienced areas where monday.com hasn't been able to fit our needs.
