Our company utilizes monday.com as a way to streamline Information Technology Projects across multiple teams ranging from Development, Project Management, Networking, Security, Tech Support, Project Management, and System Analysts. Monday.com helps provide accurate views into projects, statuses of projects, collaboration of team members, and any potential shortfalls that we can address quickly if needed. Monday.com has the ability to plugin and work with many other software products, such as Slack, which allows multiple teams more ways to collaborate and communicate with each other.

Pros

  • Project Tracking.
  • Team Collaboration.
  • Team Communication.

Cons

  • App is a little buggy on Mac.
  • Web Browser AI is a little clunky.
  • Needs the ability to tie in with RingCentral.
You can't get any more simple than how this layout works. It's just plain easy. Great stuff.
Only had to use support once. They were fast. Fixed my issue in 5 minutes fast.
