We organize our work, delivery times and information for joint work projects. Our clients are also given input so that they know how the work is progressing. They put the information on what they need and we take care of carrying out these projects in the most precise and functional way.

It is very easy to understand how to use it and take advantage of it. When it comes to working together with several people, it is easy to give the corresponding tasks to each member and thus avoid confusion, in addition to having a record of delivery dates and delivery dates' information. Helps not to have so many errors, and optimization of time and space for working together.
It seems to me a help and functions very well. Since many sites or many applications do not have that type of support, what is paid makes more sense because we are working with a well-cared for and well-thought application so that we can all continue working without such recurring problems. And although I have not had the need to request support, I find it quite useful.
At work, [it] helps us organize and designate projects for each coworker. Normally, we give input to our client then they provide us with the information on the type of projects they need. In this way, we start working and if we need comments and help on the fly it is easier to ask for it and send it to whoever needs it.

It is beneficial when it is necessary to carry out projects together, both we, the company, the team and the clients, who also have to know how to work as a team. It is easy when it comes to managing projects with time and information. It would not be good to use for projects that require real-time work.

monday.com & Collaboration

That's right, we use it to work together. It helps us because the information is not only [known by] a few people, but it is facilitated so that everyone in the team is aware of everything that is being done. We all have the information and so together we are capable of achieving more precise products for the client's needs.
From one to ten I rate it with ten because it makes it easier for those who are moderating the projects to assign and distribute the information to whoever is required to arrive. It is easy to understand both for those who need the information and for those who receive this information.
Because the truth seems to me a very useful tool and this type of management of all the information is very useful and necessary for many types of projects, and more for those that we normally need to optimize our delivery times and information.

Using monday.com

6 - We represent a design and marketing company where we receive raw information and process it to deliver products and advertising tactics so that we can all continue to collaborate as a team, both here and out with other businesses. Thus, we distribute the work to each branch that is needed.

They are the ones who lead, know, and distribute the information of monday.com to others, know the clients and us, in this way they know who is capable of each particular thing, so the need will come with who can do it better, too. They are aware of who is busy or who has time to get things done faster.

Well, the truth is because of the way in which it helps us to organize ourselves and have accessibility to the entire team for information and projects. Because it helps a lot and is easy to use, apart from making projects more tangible for everyone, both those that require and those that are required.
The truth is I doubt that my argument will change because so far there is nothing that makes me change my mind with what I think and feel about the application. There have not been many changes and it has remained both useful and effective at the moment that I have been using it.

At the moment no because I have not seen the need to use it. Until now everything has been very good and without problems so complicated as to have to resort to them, but if I started to need it maybe I could consider it. But [up] until now everything has worked [as] normal.
I have not had the need to require technical support with the product, but I know that if I had problems with this I would definitely use it. Also, the messages that there are of the new features and the subsequent updates help to be aware of what is new with the program.
