Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I was invited to use monday.com in one of the projects from the Digital Team, the idea they shared with us is that we could experiment using an "Agile Methodology" approach, and control daily meetings through monday.com. Up to now it's been working perfectly. I think the purpose of the Digital Team is to generate culture across the organization to use this kind of tools and methodologies.
  • Very intuitive interface, easy to use (really easy).
  • Online access for every user, anywhere any time.
  • Looks nice, is not intimidating for any user, mix of shapes and colors makes people feel confident to make changes and add updates.
  • Don't know if already there, but, merging access credentials with company's network access would be great, today if the administrator misspells an email, the user won't be able to access (this happens a lot for us).
  • This part of the survey is though, I can see things improving fast and adding innovations constantly. Keeping up with "what's wrong" is though.
We (a team of 12 people) just came into monday.com out of the cold, from one day to another, we were invited to use monday.com one afternoon and asked to connect next morning. We started using monday.com right away on that meeting, no training, no introduction to the tool, just asked to start using it intuitively as we go... and we did, no need to ask how things work, or what goes where, just started using it and by the hour everyone was clear on how to enter and update statuses and add tasks.
Actually, no need of support has been required, I rated 10 because I try to express that the team is doing a great job in preventing issues, and I'm sure that any issue is being solved from the root so no more users face the same problem. So I'm sure there is a great support team behind this good experience.
Our experience in reliability is really good, we can connect through monday.com anywhere, anytime. Some members of the team are sales field managers, sometimes they have to connect to daily meetings through their cell phones, and they can follow through with no problem.
Most of 2020 we all had to connect from different locations, the team has never reported an issue or commented about any problem during virtual sessions.

I first thought of monday.com as suitable only for software projects or to be used by Information Technology teams. But monday.com actually works perfect on any project. We are used to Gantt-like schedules and most of the time we use Excel for that so we can have an easy to use alternative. With monday.com we have that 'easy' alternative with a lot more features than a Gantt table.
