Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time efficiency has gone through the roof for our department.
  • Easier onboarding process for new hires since all of our company resources can be stored in one place.
  • The ability to utilize automations and integrations with other software platforms, puts monday.com on another level.
Currently monday.com is being used throughout the entire company. Focusing on data storage and organization, monday.com aides our business by allowing every department quick and easy access to customer data in an adaptable and updatable format. The development department utilizes the automation features to keep other departments informed about the software development life cycle and other project milestones.

Pros

  • monday.com provides a unified experience for organization management and operation workflows. It's equipped with the right integrations to make product management, software development, and data organization a breeze.
  • monday.com is extremely scalable. It can accommodate teams and companies of any size while at the same time offering a fluid and intuitive user experience.
  • monday.com has a solid customer support team. The documentation is frequently updated and extensive and the customer support agents are prompt and informed if any additional assistance is required.

Cons

  • monday.com could offer better workspace organization. The inability to create groupings for workspaces can slow down a workflow.
  • monday.com could use a better inbox system. Maybe fully support chat and group chat functionality; they do currently have integrations that connect to third party providers that do this but having at least an internal message system would be great.
It is very easy to gain your footing in monday.com. There is power to do so much with the platform but it doesn't feel too overwhelming to do basic task. The intuitiveness of the dashboards and notification system make it easy to organize teams and cross-team projects when necessary.
Always supportive and informed on how to best remedy the situation at hand.
Overall the performance is solid. I worry about the update times for adding/changing data on the platform. It seems more suited for a organization that doesn't have constantly changing data as things will update correctly at times or at other times require a refresh or re-login. The scaling potential is there but I think for large companies you would want to add to the stability of the platform as a whole.

Do you think monday.com delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with monday.com's feature set?

Yes

Did monday.com live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of monday.com go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy monday.com again?

Yes

Well suited for product/team management and also a highly customizable platform for integrating with other software platforms. If you already have a current workflow for your team or organizations, transitioning to monday.com is almost seamless. The ease of use is a high recommendation point and one of the best features about monday.com. I think for any instance where you require quick read/write times for changing data, or something that is going to be constantly updated 24/7 with new data, then you may run into some performance issues with monday.com.
