Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Eliminated multiple tools into one.
  • Better team collaboration.
  • Better time tracking of projects.
  • Centralized communications on particular stories.
monday.com is used to track development stories, time clock, maintenance of existing customers, and project completion. monday.com is used across the whole organization. It helps our entire team stay on the same page and collaborate on each story at hand. We converted from using several different systems into one.
  • Visually see current status's of stories through a customizable dashboard.
  • Easily add and modify fields of information needed to collect.
  • Capture screenshots, downloads, attachments in the comments of each story to allow all documentation to live in one place for your team to collaborate on.
  • Create and filter by status's of story's completion, review, testing, etc...
  • Not an easy way to customize an automation if it does not exist in the current toolset.
  • Need more customization for widgets on Dashboards. Most of the widgets only allow for a few options to view.
  • Calculations on the Dashboard are not always accurate. When calculating time, it gives obscure values.
  • Setting goal tracking in Dashboards is not an easy accomplishment.
  • Import process could use some improvement when coming in from other tools such as Basecamp older versions. We had to leave behind data as we had to upgrade to the latest version which didn't work on basecamp just to try and move our data.
There is room for improvement, but still seems to be the best fit tool on the market for our organization currently. The tools work great and for the most part very easy, but there is a learning curve to understand how to accomplish what you're trying to accomplish when setting up new boards.
Support calling is not the most convenient, however, they do call back. If you miss that call you may find yourself starting over. Email support is helpful in most cases, but sometimes generic and hasn't addressed or helped us accomplish what we were requesting help for. For example asking how we can accomplish a specific dashboard widget, we received a very generic response not assisting to our question at all.
We have not experienced any downtime that effected our organization. We did experience some slowness in the automation responses which was a little taxing and caused some to missteps. Due to that we had to remove some of the automation attributes from the board it was used on.

monday.com is a great tool for tracking, saving, and monitoring data or statuses. The dashboards give a manager insight on the performance of their team. monday.com is great for giving a visual of the projects at hand in the order of importance. Easily add and remove fields of data that are essential for collection.
