Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • We have used monday.com to bring a whole new team up to speed on our processes, which has dramatically increased both the speed and quality of our projects
We use monday.com to track and manage multiple projects across the organization. It allows us to keep the team up to date and informed on where we are at a given moment, and allows for easy communication between team members.
  • User management in monday.com is easy, and allows us to keep the folks with need-to-know abreast of any updates that they need that wouldn't be of use to the greater team
  • The interface on monday.com is intuitive and provides all the functionality that we need
  • For users without experience, the automations can be a bit confusing.
I have used monday.com for over two years at this point, and have seen the addition of over two dozen teammates to its ecosystem. Both I and my new teammates have been able to get up to speed on it within days, if not hours, with little to no problems. I have recommended monday.com to other teams within the organization and to people outside of it.
I haven't yet had a need to use monday.com's Customer Support process, so I cannot accurately rate this part of monday.com. However, based on my experience with their outgoing customer communications, I can assume that they would be responsive and helpful.
I have yet to have any real negative experience with monday.com due to reliability or uptime. For the past 2+ years, monday.com has been available whenever my team has needed it.
