monday.com is essential to our business as well manage thousands of social media posts and hundreds of blog posts monthly. Trying to organize the status of every post or blog for months into the future via spreadsheet would be next to impossible and this allows a quick timeline view of the status of all media.

- Manages employee tasks.
- A more intuitive knowledge base would be helpful
- More notifications for outstanding items
- Sometimes archiving doesn't work well
In 3 years of use, monday.com has been done a couple of times for improvements but it was always scheduled and during off hours.
