We begin to use monday.com 3 or 4 years ago, in these years it helps us to carry out our daily tasks. We have mainly used it within our company, but we have also shared it with some clients. Both, in the directive area to manage administrative issues, as well as with the creative team to be clear about the requests and goals of each project. A platform where we can have different topics and dates has worked a lot for us.

We frequently receive emails with new information about the platform, features, and updates. For now, we have not needed to use specific technical support.
It has helped us a lot, so much so that after several years we continue to use it. In the beginning, we felt that tools were lacking, but little by little new tools have been integrated that has worked in the management of our projects. Our communication, work, and performance have become more efficient.
