I use monday.com mainly as a CRM and a sales dashboard, however, my team has found it a very powerful ally in project management, using the chronogram style layout, as well as gantt. We are able to easily delegate a task or assign responsible people per task, however, its most useful and valuable feature for us, is the visibility each board gives you on project status. This elminates the need to constantly ask team members for their progress, allowing them to focus towards completion.

I have integrated a dashboard reporting feature for the CRM portion of monday.com. This allows for my teammates to see only the information pertaining to them, as not all data is to be shared, or well-received, however, this allows me to pinpoint the data I want them to see.
I have not needed to call customer support as of yet, I would say this is a good thing!

Monday.com has helped us take on large projects, where at times the amount of task can be overwhelming, however with a well-organized board and assignment of team members to each task or two per task, depending on the difficulty, we can achieve completion in record times! This includes planning stages, all the way to completion and even onto operation.
