Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • It reduced our daily production time with 4 hours, we used to have a 14 hours production load per day, it was reduced to a normal rate of 10 hours per day, while the amount of jobs were very similar, we did also implement processes and hired some more people, but a big chink is credited to monday.com.
  • From only two employees being committed to goals and milestones, we are now at over 10 employees committed to goals and milestones. the software helped to clarify and to keep traction.
  • Our delivery system improved by 50% because of monday.com automations.
monday.com is being used as our primary tasks management/progress management software. In addition, we use it as our active daily production dashboard. It's being used across the entire organization. It addresses management, traction, and progressive enhancement in the company.
  • Great automations.
  • Simple enough for all employees to feel comfortable to apparat form monday.com as a the primary software.
  • Has a few different views that you can switch around for each board, to see it in different view, and different data are being outlined.
  • Subitems is very undeveloped.
  • Integrations could have more options of atomization's.
  • Running reports needs to be more efficient.
  • The mobile app should be more user friendly, and should have more options for setting atomization's, etc.
  • Exporting boards should be a process with more options, to customize how it's being exported.
The different choices of views for each board. Dashboards are great. Automation is very clear and easy to use.
I had sometimes where my conversation that got lost and didn't receive a response for over 48 hours, which is unacceptable, and I sometimes need immediate answers and it takes a little longer to receive a response.
It changed the entire attitude of workers, and corporate decisions are much easier to make since everything has a solid flow.

For meeting notes, I found it to be a little not too easy to use, but I don't know what the options are for this. I would love it if there would be an easier way to take meeting notes, and it should recommend some actions, and name recommendations, etc.
It is great for a daily production flow, progress management, and goal schedules, milestones, and improvement.
We have other parts of the company that run on other software, like Microsoft access for our quoting system, which is a bit of a bummer for us.
