Monday.com is used across our organization. It began as a tool to manage a large-scale client transition and has since been used for additional project tracking, ticket management, and client documentation. This tool allows us to stay on track with all of our projects and gives leaders the ability to easily see where things stand. It has cut down on emails as we organize project and client notes within the system so others in the organization have access to pertinent information.
