- Definitely helped in saving time.

At my company, we use monday.com as a project management tool for the design team specifically. We've not yet expanded this to the entire company due to different teams being accustomed to other platforms. Prior to using monday.com, we used Trello as a form of project management but realized there was a lot more that could be achieved with monday.com.
- Subcategorization of Items done well.
- Each column of data provides so much beneficial information regarding a task.
- Great integrations with other platforms.
- Resizing/reshaping columns can be quite confusing.
- The resizing issue is especially confusing on subitems.
- Couldn't find a way to share the board to another external company member.
I've never experienced any issue with monday.com's reliability or uptime. No issues where monday.com was down or if something did not work the way as expected. In terms of its impact, it basically had no negative impact. Just smooth sailing work. Thank you monday.com!
