Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Definitely helped in saving time.
  • Helped organize our tasks and keeping us structured.
At my company, we use monday.com as a project management tool for the design team specifically. We've not yet expanded this to the entire company due to different teams being accustomed to other platforms. Prior to using monday.com, we used Trello as a form of project management but realized there was a lot more that could be achieved with monday.com.
  • Subcategorization of Items done well.
  • Each column of data provides so much beneficial information regarding a task.
  • Great integrations with other platforms.
  • Resizing/reshaping columns can be quite confusing.
  • The resizing issue is especially confusing on subitems.
  • Couldn't find a way to share the board to another external company member.
There are very basic features of monday.com from a project management perspective that just simple to use. Opening task items, adding descriptions, adding subitems all pretty easy to use. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because of the resizing issue on subitems. I personally think that's confusing.
I've never used customer support so I can't comment on this accurately. There are a lot of tools on the website itself to help you plus great tutorials. In terms of Customer Support, I really hope it's good. I give it an 8 with respect to the tutorials and website help.
I've never experienced any issue with monday.com's reliability or uptime. No issues where monday.com was down or if something did not work the way as expected. In terms of its impact, it basically had no negative impact. Just smooth sailing work. Thank you monday.com!

Oh, I really love using monday.com to get up to speed with what's on the agenda for the day/week/month with detailed descriptions provided by my coworkers and me. Apart from the agenda, monday.com also helps in clarifying the status of specific activities or items in general.
