Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • We couldn't work without it. It is the central hub of our entire business.
  • The adaptability to fit anything that we need it to do is incredible.
  • There are many options that it offers that we still haven't learned about yet.
We use it in all phases of our business. We have multiple locations, so it allows our staff to stay contacted and on the same page at all times.
  • Automations are a significant time saver.
  • Up-to-the-second updates, as if our staff were working in the same room with each other.
  • New updates and innovations are always being added to make it even better.
  • Some of the automations could be more multidimensional.
  • Phone app doesn't have all of the same capabilities as desktop.
  • Phone app has improved over time, but still is not as smooth as could be.
Our entire business revolves around it. It is our central hub for everything.
We have very limited need for customer support, but they have been very efficient anytime we had a request.
In three years, I can only recall a handful of occasions where the system didn't update as quickly as we had been accustomed to. Reliability is very, very important to us and we need consistency. monday.com delivers that to us.

We are in the screenprinting/embroidery industry, and we need a way to keep orders moving through our system from sales to shipping. We have developed our own boards to include all pertinent information from start to finish. These include numerous automations and integrations to speed up everything we do on a daily basis. We have better communication in-shop and with our customers and actually put less work into it.
