Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Easy setup of project management and the tracking of projects at a glance.
  • We were able to customize to make it very employee friendly so adoption is high.
  • Once we were able to set up templates, the time it saves to get a project up and running is just minutes compared to hours!
monday.com is used all across our organization. From the sales department, with leads and final sales to the implementation team then handed to the account management team. We also use monday.com with our integration team and our product team to keep up with product developments and updates. It is an easy way to know where a project is at all times without having to email many people to get answers.
  • Automatic Alerts sent to whomever you choose in the organization-keeps everyone on the same page.
  • Automations - when a status changes, you can easily set the system up where it moves the project to a different board seamlessly.
  • Ability to customize - it's not just one-size-fits-all. You can customize your boards, your alerts and automations to save a lot of time and effort.
  • Would love to be able to change columns on a board where the other parts of the board do not have to change too.
  • Wish you integrated with SharePoint.
Again, customizing ability was key for our company. We could make it to where it's only built for things that we need, not things that we didn't. It is intuitive, and just makes sense. The reporting was key for us, as we have board members, C-level executives that need to see where we are at a moment's notice.
Our company had a personal manager at the beginning, and it was really helpful to be able to share our vision and her to assist us in growing.
She built templates and made sure that we knew how to use them. That was a Godsend! She asked a lot of questions and got to know what we needed so our needs were met.
The prodcut itself has always been transparent and never over=promising what it says it can do. It is very reliable, predictable and ever ready to be improved upon, if we see the need to expand. Because of its reliability and uptime, we do not waste time waiting for it to work, and the updates are immediate. This helps our teams build upon each others work and reporting, so we can move our projects and sales along quickly and efficiently!

monday.com is great as a project management tool as well as sales tracker. I think it could be built to be a little bit more robust as a CRM tool, but with a lot of finessing, our company found a great way to use it as a CRM tool as well.
