Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • monday.com has saved a lot of time and provided great collaboration on projects all in one spot. It won't get lost in email chains.
  • Project Management is the best thing monday.com does. Allows you to create workspaces for everything you are doing to ensure that the people who need the information can find it easily, and the people who don't will not have access to it.
We use monday.com across the entire organization. We use it in many different situations. At the most basic, we use it for weekly task tracking for thing that have to be completed every week. We also use it to manage larger projects, with many different levels of tasks that need to be completed. Additionally, we enjoy the use of forms for both internal and external use cases.
  • Automations. monday.com's automations not only save time, but let users skip the reoccurring tasks completed often.
  • Integrations. A lot of the other systems we use allow us to create nice integrations to either auto-create tasks that need to be done, or fill in information into boards so that it doesn't have to be entered twice by the end user in two different systems.
  • Customization. You can get as simple, or sophisticated as you like. Weather is simple task tracking with due dates, or creating formula fields that will populate when a form is filled out with specific information. They are always adding more features and listening to the community.
  • I find that the web app works better and is smoother than the desktop app. This is not a deal breaker but I do prefer using desktop apps over web apps.
  • monday.com seems to struggle a little bit specifically with the pivot board view for me. It takes a very long time to load every time you go to use wit.
monday.com can be a little overwhelming at first, but at its most basic form for task tracking, it is very simple. Input your task/idea, add a due date, and set your custom status bars.
I have not had to reach out much, but when I have it has always been fast and accurate.
We have never experienced a time during a workday where monday was down and not working, which is fantastic.

monday.com can be suited to anything you are doing really. It is very customizable and can even help the average person and not just business.
