Monday.com is used by the Editorial and Commercial Content teams to manage workflow and track deadlines. It allows transparency and vis ability across departments and is an excellent management system for feedback and inter-department comms.
- Easy to assign projects/work to team members.
- Plan daily, weekly, monthly and yearly workflow, as well as special projects.
- Easy to add several members to the boards and give them different permissions.
- Great place to centralise work and assets and make them easily shareable.
- Drop and drag function to move pulses can be a bit glitchy and unreliable.
- Can’t add up value/investment columns if they haven’t been set up to automatically calculate when the boards were set up.
- Boards with a lot of info on them can be slowish to load.
It’s a highly reliable platform that’s easily accessible 24/7. It’s allowed me, writers and senior stakeholders to have a clear, up-to-the-minute on workflow, resourcing and what’s in the pipeline.
